Events and Event Hosting - Grid hosted events can in no way discriminate against someone on the basis of their avatar, race, sex, gender, gender-identity, sexual orientation, or nationality. - Region owners are allowed to ban individuals from a sim in which a grid hosted event is taking place so long as the reasoning is not for anything listed above. - A grid hosted event is described as any event which has a slot on the schedule, is advertised in the main residents group, or is advertised on discord. - Private events are allowed with there own rules so long as they are not advertised in the residents group or the discord, and they do not have a slot on the schedule. Media Policy * - Any content uploaded (i.e. client asset uploads) or streamed (i.e. media on prim) which violates federal law in the United State is STRICTLY prohibited, including but not limited to, indecent images, video or other media, featuring sexually suggestive, nude or otherwise inappropriate imagery of minors (persons under the age of 18), or bestiality (also known as zoophilia or animal porn). No exceptions for historical movies or other media forms. - If content which violates our Policy is discovered, it will result in an immediate ban! - 3D CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) is allowed. - 2D Art (Drawn Images) are allowed. - AI Generated Art will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In particular, any AI generated art which, at our discretion, is believed to have been trained using "real" material, is prohibited. - Any imagery, whether digitally generated, manipulated via software, created through artificial intelligence, or otherwise rendered, that depicts a photo-realistic representation of a minor or individuals of indeterminate age in a suggestive, compromising, or sexually explicit manner. Shall constitute grounds for immediate & irreversible termination of service & access. - Any otherwise legal content which has been modified, edited or augmented to portray illegal content, will be treated as illegal content. Inviting new Members and Member Guidelines - All members of the grid must be 18 years of age or older in real life. - Claiming to be under the age of 18 in real life will result in an immediate suspension. The only way to reverse this is to provide legal ID proving that you are infact over the age of 18. - In order to invite someone to the grid you must know them well and be able to vouch for their character. - If someone you invite violates Misfitz Terms of Service or Community Guidelines you may lose your ability to invite anyone else in the future. Behavioral Guidelines Inflammatory remarks, text, images, or any symbol directed against other MisFitz or Hypergrid users, groups, or any other person or group of people, will not be tolerated, and disciplinary action will be determined by the severity of the offense. Such remarks can include but are not limited too the following: - Spreading rumors about an individual. - Making disparaging remarks about a user based on the race, sex, sexual identity, sexual kink, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, etc. Roleplay policy Roleplay on this grid is fine in all forms, however the personal admission or suggestion that the person or persons involved in roleplay are under the age of 18 in RL, will be met with a suspension, requiring proof of legal age before they will be allowed to return to Misfitz. Misfitz grid is legally required to remove any and all persons suspected of being under 18 in real life. Please bear this in mind. See terms of use. No questions regarding this policy will be answered by staff, it should just be common sense. #1. Misfitz staff privileges are a utility, not a status symbol. Behave with humility. #2. Never allow personal feelings or relationships to influence your actions as staff. Act on behalf of the grid, not on behalf of yourself. #3. Any enforcement action, or official warning, may only be given after discussion with the admin team. #4. Minor cautions may be given without discussion, as long as it's a clear violation, e.g racism or flagrantly rule breaking behaviour in public. #5. You must NOT misrepresent official opinions or policies of Misfitz. If you believe a policy should be enforced or amended, it should be raised to the admin team who will discuss and publish it if appropriate. #6. No staff member has any authority over other staff, other than the grid owners. If you have an issue with another staff member it should be raised with Korgi. #7. No staff member is to enter a private residential area which is currently occupied without permission, unless it's essential for grid operations or enforcement action which has been agreed upon by the admin team. #8. All staff members must conduct themselves appropriately when interacting with residents and other staff members. As a staff member, your actions and conversations will reflect on the grid as a whole, bear that in mind. #9. Private conversations, logs, confidential grid data, and personal information shared in official channels must NOT be communicated with anyone who does not otherwise have access to it. #10. All staff members are expected to adhere to and enforce the content policy. Don't override permissions on content created by Misfitz residents, or other members of the community. #11. Every staff member is expected to report any illegal content or underage user to the admin team immediately after becoming aware of it. #12. Never will any staff members ask any user for their password! WE DO NOT NEED IT! SO PLEASE DO NOT GIVE AWAY PASSWORDS! |
